These are a few of my favorite websites for colleagues and astrological organizations, as well as websites with a lot of educational material.
Educational Websites
- Astrodienst
This site has a lot of useful readings and information, and it's best asset is it's very accurate chart calculation tool.
Astrological Organizations
- Kepler College of Astrological Arts & Sciences
Kepler College was recently founded as the only authorized astrological college in the country to offer a legal degree in astrology.
- NCGR-National Council for Geocosmic Research, Inc.
A nonprofit organization formed with the purpose of providing an environment to foster research of a geocosmic nature. They are especially known for their rigorous testing and certification of astrologers.
- International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR)
International organization of professional astrologers established in 1968 dedicated to encouraging the highest standards of quality in the field of astrology with an emphasis on research and data resources.
- Washington State Astrologers Association (WSAA)
Our membership consists of astrologers of many levels from all over the greater Seattle area and well beyond. We welcome all astrologers to come together monthly and exchange ideas, hear the best lecturers from the astrological community, and enjoy each other's company. The oldest state association in the country!
- Association for Young Astrologers (AYA)
AYA is committed to providing educational opportunities for anyone interested in astrology, with a focus on outreach to young people discovering astrology. We believe that bringing youth into astrology is vital and necessary. Our group stands in full support of young astrologers and offers a community where they can learn and be inspired.
Fellow Astrologers & Tarot
- Dena DeCastro, Portland Astrologer
Dena and I met while studying under the same teacher, Steven Forrest. We share similar evolutionary astrology views and practices. If you're in the Portland area, Dena provides thorough readings from the evolutionary perspective. See her website for articles, reading types, and rates.
- Tom Jacobs, Santa Monica Astrologer
I met Tom on an astrology discussion board online in 2004. He was searching for a deeper and non-fatalistic approach to astrology. I shared with him my thoughts about evolutionary astrology and Steven Forrest's work and since then he has opened his own practice in Santa Monica. See his website for articles, reading types, and rates.
- April Elliott Kent, San Diego Astrologer
The web home of astrologer and writer April Elliott Kent. I met April on a trip to San Diego and she's a warm, wise, and funny astrologer. Check her site out; lots of eclipse and electional information too!
- Natanya Pulley, Tarot Reader
Natanya and I spent many evenings together reading tarot for each other out of standard and non-standard decks. Natanya has a gift for the mah jongg oracle, especially, and uses it to read for clients in an intuitive and practical manner.
- Steven Forrest, Evolutionary Astrologer
Steven Forrest is one of my primary teachers. He has written many books and lectures all over the world.
